Directions

Combine pasta and vegetables and parsley in a large serving bowl.

For dressing, combine vinegar, sugar, and seasonings.

Stir dressing over pasta mixture.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

-		1 package Rotini pasta, cooked
-		1 red onion, chopped
-		1 cucumber, chopped
-		1 red pepper, chopped
-		2 cups shredded carrots
-		2 tablespoons parsley flakes
-		DRESSING:
-		3/4 cup vinegar
-		1/4 cup sugar
-		salt and pepper, to taste
-		1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
