Directions
Cook ground chuck. Place in large pot. Add broth, water, vegetables, and salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for a short time before serving.

Note: I also use this recipe substituting leftover roast beef in pieces or cooked stew beef.

 
 
Ingredients
-1 pound ground chuck, cooked and liquid drained
-1 box beef broth or 2 cans beef broth
-2 cups water
-1 can diced tomatoes and juice (28 ounce can)
-1 Vegall, drained (28 ounce )
- Salt and pepper, to taste
