Directions
Melt butter in saucepan and add green onions, garlic and tomato paste. Cook about 3 minutes over medium high heat then lower heat to low and add chicken stock, Marsala wine and pepper. Cook additional 8-10 minutes on low then mix corn starch with 1 oz. water and add to pan and whip constantly for 2 minutes more.

-2 green onions, chopped (medium)
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-4 ounces Marsala Wine
-1 teaspoon corn starch
-1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
