Easy homemade granola. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or as part of a yogurt and fruit parfait.

Best of Granola's Recipe
Directions
Mix grains, coconut, seeds, nuts and spices together.

Pour oil and honey over the top. Mix thoroughly.

Spread on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake 300 for 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally while baking.

Take out of oven, mix in raisins and extracts. Return to oven and bake 5-10 minutes more.

Remove from oven and put in air tight container for up to 1 week.

-6 cups rolled oats
-1/2 cup wheat germ
-1 cup unsweetened coconut
-1/4 cup sesame seeds
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1 cup nuts (optional)
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 teaspoons nutmeg
-1 cup vegetable oil
-1 cup honey
-1 cup raisin or other dried fruit (optional)
-2 tablespoons vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
