Directions
In a large bowl, combine 2 C flour, undissolved yeast, salt, sugar, oregano, and basil. Stir in very warm water, olive oil, and garlic into dry ingredients. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4-6 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

Lightly oil 1 (14 inch) or 2 (12 inch) round pizza pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal.

Shape dough into smooth ball. Roll dough to fit desired pan or pans.

Let rise. Then bake at 400°. Take from oven before it begins to brown. Top with your favorite toppings. Return to oven and bake until crust is brown and pizza is done in the center.

-1 package Fleischmanns Rapid Rise Yeast
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-2 teaspoons sugar
-1 cup warm water (120-130 degrees F)
-2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
-2 teaspoons basil
-2 teaspoons oregano
-1 clove finely minced garlic
