Directions
Cut corn off of cob RAW and slightly scrape cob. Add sugar, salt and a little water, bring to a boil and cook 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Cool.

When cooled, pack in containers and freeze.

To serve; cook on medium heat, since it is somewhat thick and likes to stick. Can cook as much as 6 cups of corn at a time.
