| Directions | Brown chops in drippings. Spread rice in greased baking dish. Reserve 1 T. onion soup mix & sprinkle the rest over the rice. Drain mushrooms, saving the liquid, & spread with the pimentos over the rice. Add hot water to the mushroom liquid to total 3 cups & pour over rice. Top rice with the browned chops & sprinkle with the reserved onion mix. Cover tightly with foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove the foil & bake another 10 minutes or till the excess liquid evaporates. |
