| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 425. Cook noodles, brown ham and saut onion. Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Crush Ritz Crackers and spread over the top. Top with a few thin slices of butter. Bake for 30+/- Minutes. This will feed 6-8 people, I cut this in half for the two of us with leftovers. |
