Shish Kabob - Recipe

Any meat, especially lamb, will make these skewers delicious. The vegetables and meat are grilled to make them smoky and delicious.

Shish Kabob Recipe
Directions
Combine oil, broth, wine, lemon juice, garlic, salt, rosemary, and pepper. Pour over meat, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Put together skewers of meat, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.

Grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until meat is cooked to desired doneness.

-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1/4 cup red wine
-1 lemon, juice only
-1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

-2 pounds lean meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
-24 cherry tomatoes
-24 mushrooms
-1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
