| Directions | Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, onions, milk, salt, and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, half of the soup mix, and half of the sausage. Repeat, ending with the sausage. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven uncovered until cheese melts. |
