| | Directions | | Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until golden, stirring frequently. Add jelly and heat for one minute longer. Place stuffing mix in slow cooker, drizzle with water and mix gently. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper, place on stuffing mix spoon onion mixture over turkey and spread evenly. Cover and cook low for 5-6 hours. Serves 5. |
