BBQ Meatloaf 4 - Recipe

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, mix together first seven ingredients. Form a loaf and place in a loaf pan. For sauce, in bowl mix next seven ingredients. Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Baste occasionally during cooking.

-		1 1/2 pounds lean hamburger
-		1 cup bread crumbs
-		1/2 onion, minced
-		1 egg, beaten
-		1 1/2 teaspoons salt
-		1/4 teaspoon pepper
-		1/2 cup tomato sauce
-		Sauce
-		1/2 cup tomato sauce
-		1/2 cup water
-		3 tablespoons brown sugar
-		2 teaspoons cider vinegar
-		2 tablespoons prepared mustard
-		2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-		dash of Tabasco sauce
