Brown hamburger meat and onion together until done. Drain well (Can microwave for six minutes). In microwave safe bowl, stir hamburger meat, tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, uncooked rice, Worcestershire Sauce and seasoning. Arrange peppers on top of meat mixture. Cover and microwave on high for 9 - 12 minutes or until peppers are crisp and tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
-1 can Diced Tomatoes (can use Rotel) (Large Can)
-1 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup Quick Cooking Rice (can use more)
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or Chili Powder or Cajun Seasoning
-2 Green Peppers, cut inch Strips (Small)
