Lemon Rum Glaze

Ingredients - 1 2/3 cups powdered Cane Sugar - 6 tablespoons lemon juice - 2 tablespoons dark rum - 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind A great tasting tangy lemon-rum glaze to top your favorite cakes or sweet rolls. Directions 1) Whisk all together with a fork in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
2) Drizzle over cake of your choice (try Gingerbread Cake or Spice Cake)!
