Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry wine
- 2 each cardamon pods, bruised
- 4 each fennel seeds
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon corn syrup
- 2 each cloves, whole
- 1/2 each inch of cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt

Tasty topping for waffles or French toast.

Directions
Reduce over medium heat by at least half.
