Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 40 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped 
 
These are a tradition in my family. The cookie wrapped around the peanut butter cup is perfect.
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. In a large mixing
bowl, cream the butter, sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla and
milk. Slowly add flour mixture until well combined. Shape into small balls and place each into an

ungreased mini-muffin pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and press a peanut butter cup into
the center of each. Cool in pan.
