Bacon Cheese Ball Prep Time: 10 minutes Ingredients - 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese - 4 green onions, sliced - 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped - chopped parsley and additional red peppers for garnish - crackers    Great make-ahead recipe for any party or get-together. The Smoky bacon mixed with the creamy cheese are perfect together. I usually use applewood bacon.   Directions In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheese, onions and red pepper. Stir in bacon. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. To form a wreath, drop large spoonfuls of mixture on serving plate in a ring. Smooth into wreath form. garnish with parsley and red peppers, if desired. Serve with crackers.	1
