Ingredients - 4 cups cauliflower florets - 1 red pepper, chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon olive oil - salt and pepper The roasting process brings a whole new flavor to the cauliflower. It mellows and caramelizes it. Directions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. On a large baking sheet, toss ingredients together and spreading evenly over pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
