Ingredients - 3 eggs - 3 cans crushed pineapple - 8 oz. cans (do not drain) - 1 1/4 cups sugar - 1/4 cup cornstarch - pinch salt - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 6 tablespoons powdered sugar - pinch salt - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter The pineapple adds a unique and sweet flavor to this meringue pie. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set whites aside to be used for the meringue.
Add yolks, pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat
