| | Directions | | Place steak cubes in a plastic bag or container, do the same with potatoes in a separate bag or container. Pour 1/2 cup of dressing into each bag or container, seal and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, heat grill and remove steak and potatoes from dressing, Drain steak and potatoes on separate plates lined with paper towels. Place alternating pieces of steak and potatoes on kabob skewers and grill until meat is cooked through. |
