Easy-peasy Tater Salad Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients - 2 cans diced potatoes - 1 cup mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon mustard - 1 teaspoon dill weed - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 stalk celery or celery salt - 1/4 cup chopped onion - 1/2 teaspoon paprika (I prefer smoked spanish paprika) - 2 each hard boiled eggs, chopped The easiest potato salad you'll ever make and always is perfect. The potatoes are never over or undercooked! Directions Drain potatoes. Put potatoes and chopped eggs into large bowl. Mix all other except paprika and fold into potatoes. Sprinkle paprika on top and refrigerate an hour or two.
