Make-ahead Mashed Potatoes - Recipe

I usually make these early in the morning and put them in the slow cooker for our afternoon meal. But they can also be made a day or two in advance and baked in the oven covered at 325 for 50-60 minutes.

Directions
Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender, 20-25 minutes. Drain and mash. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, milk and seasonings. Transfer to a serving dish.

-5 pounds potatoes, peeled, quartered
-8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-8 ounces sour cream
-1/2 cup milk
-2 teaspoons onion salt
-1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- black pepper, to taste
