Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
 
This is a perfect topping for your grilled steak.
 
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until tender, about 5
minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute. Add mushrooms along with butter, pepper, salt and
vinegar. Stir. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook until mushrooms are soft and dark, about 20 minutes.
