Ingredients - 1 filet salmon - 2 tablespoons lemon juice - 2 tablespoons dried dill weed - 1/2 bulb onion, thinly sliced - 2 tablespoons water These foil-wrapped packets may be cooked in the oven or on the backyard grill. I make these salmon packets frequently and add different ingredients in place of the dill like teriyaki sauce, sour cream, salsa, bbq sauce--or any flavor you like. Directions Place salmon filet on square of heavy-duty aluminum foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Add lemon juice, dill weed, and onion.
Place water along each side of the salmon, not on the
top. The water will steam the salmon and not dry it out.
