Ingredients - 1 cup butter - 3 cups sugar - 1 1/2 cups sour cream - 8 bananas, mashed - 4 eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla - 4 cups flour - pinch salt - 2 teaspoons soda - nuts (optional) Very moist banana bars! This recipe is doubled because I like my bars more like cake! Directions Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat well. Add sour cream, bananas, vanilla, flour, salt, soda and nuts. Beat well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting, using coffee for the liquid, if desired.
