Herb Stuffed Cornish Hens With Marmalade

Ingredients - 2 each cornish game hens - 6 sprigs fresh rosemary - 6 sprigs fresh thyme - 8 sprigs fresh parsley - 4 sprigs fresh sage - 1 teaspoon kosher salt - 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon olive oil - 3 tablespoons orange marmalade - 1 tablespoon white wine - 4 each parchment paper, baking sheet size Herb stuffed cornish hen, stuffed with herbs and slow cooked with vegetables in a parchment bag. Directions Cross two pieces of parchment paper over each other. This will become your bag later.
After rinsing hens inside and out with cool water, stuff each hen with herbs. Place hens on parchment paper.
Lightly season the outside with salt and pepper. Mix together the orange marmalade and white wine to create a thick glaze. Spoon the glaze on top of the hens. Add fresh vegetables such
