Mix Italian dressing mix, honey, and vinegar in a shakable container. Shake well until ingredients are blended well. Pour over chicken to marinate. Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours before cooking. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. This is also great cooked on a grill.
