Sweet and Spicy Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound baby back ribs
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce 
 
The meat falls off the bones and has that perfect sweet and spicy combination.
 
Directions
Combine first 10 ingredients. Pour mixture over ribs, cover and refrigerate overnight, turning
occasionally.

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Cook ribs and marinade for 1 1/2 hours, turning

halfway.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill ribs 20-30 minutes, brushing with barbecue sauce
and turning frequently.
