Ingredients
- 32 ounces fresh salmon filet
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon prepared dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh dill branches (whole) 
 
Salmon cooked in a foil pouch and drenched in a tart tangy sauce of yogurt, horseradish, dijon and
dill.
 
Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium/medium high.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, horseradish, mustard and lime juice.

  3. Spread mixture on both sides of fish.

  4. Place filets in heavy duty foil and place a dill sprig on each filet.

  5. Make a tightly-sealed envelope by folding tops and edges of foil securely.

  6. Grill 13 – 15 minutes.
