Ingredients
- 2 pounds raw jumbo shrimp
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 dash hot sauce 
 
Delicious marinated grilled shrimp.
 
Directions
Place all ingredients in bowl. Cover and marinate overnight. A zipper bag would also work well.

Place
shrimp on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure
even cooking, until shrimp is thoroughly cooked.
