Homemade Runza

Ingredients - 2 cups warm water - 2 packages dry yeast - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 egg - 1/4 cup margarine - melted and cooled - 6 1/2 cups flour - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - 1/2 cup onion - chopped - 3 cups cabbage - shredded - salt and pepper to taste - tabasco to taste Runzas are a midwest favorite. Can be made ahead and frozen, just warm them through in the oven before serving. Directions Dissolve together in the water the dry yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Then add the egg, margarine and flour. Knead until smooth and then refrigerate for four hours. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add the onion, cabbage and seasonings to the ground beef and simmer for 15-20
