Grilled Burgers with Herbs Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - 1 tablespoon chives, chopped - 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon Motreal Steak Seasoning - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 red onion, sliced thick - 1 red pepper, quartered - 6 hamburger buns - OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: - lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ketchup, mustard Great flavor with few ingredients. Directions Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine ground beef, chives, parsley and seasoning. Form into 6 patties. Place burgers on grill. Put onion slices and red pepper chunks onto the grill edges. Grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side, keeping an eye on the vegetables so they don't burn. Assemble burgers with desired garnishes.
