Steak Tortillas Servings: 4

Ingredients - 1 1/2 pounds Beef tenderloin - grilled and sliced into 1/4 in pieces - 1 cup Gruyere - 2 pieces Green apples sliced - 4 pieces large tortillas Grilled steak combined with apples and cheese in a tortilla then grilled again. Directions Grill steak and slice. Slice Gruyere and apples. On each tortilla place 1/4 of the steak, 1/4 of the Gruyere, and 1/4 of the apples. Fold tortilla over and place on grill. When tortilla has turned slightly brown turn over and cook until brown on other side (3-5 min per side).
