The unusual combination of peanut butter & jelly, spiced with jalapeno and quenched with beer make for an instant favorite!   Directions Cut chicken into quarters. Place in plastic bag. Puree remaining ingredients in blender. Pour half of the mixture over chicken in the plastic bag. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
