Grilled Eggplant

Ingredients
- Eggplants

Eggplant slices cooked on the grill.

Directions
Wash and peel eggplant. Slice lengthwise in quarter inch strips. Brush with oil, and sprinkle with
salt and pepper on each side. Place on hot grill until center is mushy. Cook about 5 to 10 minutes
on each side. Remove and serve.
