Grilled Marinated Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 package Firm Tofu
- 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely ground chile pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 dash cumin
- 1 teaspoon seasame oil
- 2 pinches seasame seeds
- 1 ounce diced scallions
- 4 dashes salt 
 
Grilled tofu marinated with soy based sauce.
 
Directions
Take tofu out of package, slice into 4 equal part, set aside.

Mix all other ingredients

except salt in a bowl, then put tofu slice in mixture, cover with wrap and refrigerate for 1
hour.

Flip tofu to marinate other side, refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Take tofu

out of bowl, save mixture. Grill tofu for 20 seconds, dash of salt on top. Flip tofu; grill for

another 20 seconds, and salt top again.

Serve with marinated mixture.
