Ingredients - 2 pounds cooked chicked breast, diced - 1/4 cup italian dressing (optional) - 1 small cucumber, diced - 1 roma tomato, diced - 8 8-10 - 8 ounces shredded colby jack cheese - 1 cup dried cranberries - 1 cup water - shredded lettuce - ranch dressing Chicken wraps with cranberry, cucumber and tomato. Directions Soak dried cranberries in 1 cup water for 20 minutes or until softened, drain. Use just-cooked chicken or reheat the cut chicken in a little italian dressing to keep it from drying out in a skillet. Use low power if reheating in a microwave. Chicken may also be used cold, if desired.
