Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large egg beaten
- 2 1/4 cups ketchup reserved 2
- 1/8 cup mustard
- 1 package 1 envelope of onion lipton soup mix
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup apple juice

Directions
Preheat your oven on 350 degrees. Combine the first 12 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a
separate bowl combine the reserved ketchup, and remaining ingredients, set aside. Take the ground
beef mixture and shape into 4 equal parts. Then shape into meatloaf shapes, put on a baking sheet
that has sides and bake for 1 hour at 350 degree oven. Top evenly with sauce, put back into the
oven for 30 minutes longer.
