- 3 pounds snow crab legs
- 1/2 cup butter - melted 
 
Enjoy the sweet flavor of snow crab legs in your own home. They are simple to cook and fun to eat.
 
Directions

  • Bring water to a boil in a steamer pot and then place the snow crab in the steamer basket.
  • Allow them to steam for about 9 or 10 minutes. Do not overcook because it could cause the meat
    to stick to the shell, making it hard to remove the meat from the legs.

  • When cooking, you are basically just heating up the crab legs because they are generally
    precooked when you buy them. After 9 or 10 minutes remove the snow crab from the steamer and serve
    immediately.

  • Serve with melted butter for dipping the meat.
