Ingredients
- 1 pound yellowfin tuna steak
- cooking oil
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- ingredients for toppings, such as tomatoes, lettuce, and onions 
 
The marinated yellowfin tuna provides a unique flavor to this sandwich.
 
Directions

  • Add all the marinade ingredients together in a glass bowl.

  • Add the tuna to the marinade, making sure it is completely covered.

  • Marinate the tuna for 15 minutes and then turn it and allow it to marinate for an additional
    15 minutes.

  • Coat a baking sheet that has one inch sides with cooking spray or cooking oil and then place
    the tuna in the pan.

  • Place in an oven preheated to 400°F and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Turn once
    during the cooking time.

  • Serve the cooked tuna on a large bun and add any desired toppings, such as mayonnaise, greens,
    tomato, and onion.
