Add a touch of pizazz to the wonderful flavor of salmon.
Spicy Salmon Fillets Recipe (+)
Directions
Mix cornmeal or flour (use cornmeal for gluten-free version), paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano on a plate. Reserve half the seasoning mixture; pat the other half on to one side of each fillet.
Heat oil or butter in skillet large enough to hold fillets in a single layer. When hot, put fillets, seasoned side down, into pan. Pat remaining seasoning onto topside of each fillet. Allowing 8 minutes for each inch of thickness, carefully turn fillets when half cooked.
Remove when done (when fish is opaque) and serve hot.
