- On prepared pizza crust, sprinkle olive oil, then sprinkle on chopped garlic.
- Layer vegetables, starting first with tomatoes in single layer, then peppers in single layer, then onion rings.
- Sprinkle with basil leaves and cheese.
- Slide onto pizza pan or stone.
- Bake 8-10 minutes in 450° oven, until crust is golden brown.
- When done, place on cutting board, pile spinach leaves in center of pizza, and drizzle with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
