Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- salt and pepper, to taste 
 
Even better with vegetables fresh out of the garden.
 
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Best if you let it set for 1/2 hour at room temperature.
