Directions
Lay the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil, lime juice and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Allow these to sit for 5-10 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium.
Grill chicken 8-10 minutes or until it is no longer pink on the inside. Turn once half-way through cooking.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon, basil, herbs, and honey.
Remove chicken from the grill and allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then thinly slice the chicken.
Slit the pitas in half, and spread mayonnaise mixture on the inside.
Fill each side with equal amounts of lettuce, tomatoes and sliced chicken.
