Ingredients
- 48 large mushrooms
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, browned
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
 
Perfect appetizer for any occasion.
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove mushroom stems. Combine the rest of the ingredients together
and fill mushrooms with it. Bake for 16-20 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating.
