Eggs and Chives

Ingredients - 2 tablespoons chives - 4 eggs - 1 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil - freshly ground pepper - 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil nice snack Directions PREPARATION:
Finely chop the chives. Beat the eggs. Add soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and pepper. Heat a pan medium-high.
Cook eggs. Add chives, and serve.
