Ingredients - 6 slices bread, torn apart - 8 ounces ham, cubed - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese - 6 eggs - 2 cups milk - 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 3 tablespoons butter Simple ham and egg casserole that you make the night before. You could even use the slow cooker if you like to sleep in and your guests get up early. They can just help themselves! Directions Grease the pan slightly and layer the bread, ham and cheese in the pan.
Mix together the eggs,
milk, mustard and salt; pour over the bread, ham and cheese mixture.
Melt the butter and pour
this over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover in the morning and bake at 325
degrees for 1 hour.
SLOW COOKER VARIATION: Mix up several hours before, if possible, and keep in

the fridge. Start on low at midnight and it will be ready between 7-8 a.m.
