Ingredients - 1 cup pineapple juice from 16 oz can sliced - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 cup sugar - 2 cloves garlic - 1/2 tablespoon celery salt - 1/2 cup Red wine - 4 New York strip steaks - 4 teaspoons Butter Marinate New York strip steak for two days as follows. Directions For marinade: Mix ingredients all together in a large bowl.
Place the steaks in 1 gal zip lock plastic bag flat.
Pour marinade in the bag and seal and refrigerate for two days. Turn 5 or 6 time during the marinating.
When starting the grill take the steaks out of fridge and let rest. Cook steaks as you normally would for proper doneness, about 8 minutes each side. Turn only
