Healthy Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream - fat free
- 4 ounces cream cheese - fat free
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat
- 1 cup celery - finely chopped
- 2 green onions - chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper - chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickles - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- dash Tobasco sauce  
 
Low in fat, this delicious crab dip is as tasty as any of those high-fat versions, but it is so
much healthier. Enjoy it on low-fat crackers or baked pita chips.
 
Directions

  • Combine sour cream and cream cheese. Stir with fork or whisk until smooth.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine.
  • Serve with baked pita chips.
