Ingredients - 3/4 cup sour cream - fat free - 4 ounces cream cheese - fat free - 8 ounces imitation crab meat - 1 cup celery - finely chopped - 2 green onions - chopped - 1/4 cup red pepper - chopped - 1/4 cup sweet pickles - chopped - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning - dash Tobasco sauce Low in fat, this delicious crab dip is as tasty as any of those high-fat versions, but it is so much healthier. Enjoy it on low-fat crackers or baked pita chips. Directions
Combine sour cream and cream cheese. Stir with fork or whisk until smooth.
Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine.
Serve with baked pita chips.
