Ingredients - 1 pound beef round steak or venison roast, sliced into 1/8" slices - 4 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce - 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon ketchup - 1/4 teaspoon pepper (more for hotter jerky) - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon onion salt - 1/2 teaspoon salt Great tasty snack for anytime! Directions Slice your meat into 1/8" slices. It is easiest to do this when the meat is slightly frozen. Mix other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add the meat, cover and marinate at least an hour in the refrigerator, overnight is best.
